Foundation yoga postures for a gentle yoga practice; Yin Yoga; Basic structure of 40 minute yoga class; Stress reduction activities; Introductory Level of Anatomy and Physiology; Developmental Psychology; Mindfulness Meditation; Modifications and Differentiation of Instruction; Basic Yoga Philosophy                     

Goal(s): By the end of the 40-hour Mindful Movement personal development, you will be able to: Develop and implement stress reduction activities for improved quality of life; Learn basics of meditation and mindfulness practices; Safely and effectively lead a gentle yoga sequence
